Helping people heal, grow, and thrive, in life, in work, and in their purpose.

About the Author

Welcome, I’m Natalie Southward – Licensed Mental Health Counselor, speaker, author, and community educator. For more than 20 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals, families, and organizations through seasons of both struggle and victories. My heart is to create safe spaces where people can face hard things, get refueled, and leave encouraged.

I believe we are created to thrive, not merely survive. My heart is to help you step into the best version of yourself — whether you are an individual navigating personal challenges, a leader carrying responsibility, a team under pressure, or a family in transition. Whatever season you are in, I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone, I am in your corner!

Book coach and editor
at E.L.A Editorial Co.
Let's Do Grief Together fundamentally transformed my understanding of grief, revealing it’s not a linear process to be mastered but a deeply personal journey worthy of compassion. Natalie Southward's warmth and wisdom dismantled my harsh inner critic, the voice that insisted I wasn't grieving "correctly" or quickly enough, and replaced it with genuine empathy for myself and others navigating loss.

What makes this book extraordinary is Southward's ability to write about grief with such tenderness and accessibility that you forget you're reading the work of a licensed therapist. Her approach feels like sitting with a trusted friend who truly understands.

Whether you're mourning a person, a relationship, a job, or simply a chapter of life that has closed, this book meets you exactly where you are and offers practical, heart-centered guidance for honoring your grief. Let's Do Grief Together is a gift to anyone who has ever felt lost in loss.
